Some Orcas are in these waters all year long. During the summer months all Northern Resident pods congregate in Johnstone Strait to feed on the abundant migration of salmon. You can often witness whales feeding by the kelp right from our beach.

A pilgrimage to the Holy Shrine of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Ji is considered to be one of the holiest pilgrimages of our times. Popular the world over as Moonh Maangi Muradein Poori Karne Wali Mata, which means, the Mother who fulfills whatever Her children wish for, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Ji resides in a Holy Cave located in the folds of the three peaked mountain named Trikuta (pronounced as Trikoot). The Holy Cave attracts millions of devotees every year. In fact, the number of Yatris visiting the Holy Shrine annually now exceeds one crore. This is due to the unflinching faith of the devotees who throng the Shrine from all parts of India and abroad. The Holy Cave of the Mother is situated at an altitude of 5200 ft. The Yatris have to undertake a trek of nearly 12 km from the base camp at Katra. At the culmination of their pilgrimage, the yatries are blessed with the Darshans of the Mother Goddess inside the Sanctum Sanctorum- the Holy Cave. These Darshans are in the shape of three natural rock formations called the Pindies. There are no statues or idols inside the Cave.This northern Colombian adventure hits many of the highlights. Enjoy blissful tropical beaches, rainforest, Sierra Nevada mountains reaching 5,700m (18,701 ft) of altitude, coral islands and the wonderful colonial city of Cartagena.

Kedarnath

Kedarnath Mandir is a Hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is on the Garhwal Himalayan range near the Mandakini River in Kedarnath, Uttarakhand in India.

Badrinath 

Situated at an elevation of 3133 mts. above sea level, Badrinath is one of the most celebrated pilgrim destinations of the country.

Attractions:

Mana Village – it’s the last Indian village before Tibet, inhabited by the indo- mongolian tribe

Vyas Gufa – a rocky cave in Mana Village, it’s a belief that rishi Vyas scripted the famous epic of times “Mahabharata”

Charan Paduka –a beautiful meadow where you can see the footprints of Lord Vishnu on a boulder Tapt Kund – it’s a natural hot water spring where the devotees take bath before entering the temple for pooja, darshan.

Narad Kund – very next to the Tapt Kund, its believed that the idol of Badrinath G was recovered from this pool.

Vishnuprayag – the first prayag, confluence of Dhauliganga and Alakananda River. Later proceed for darshan and Aarti of Badri Vishal.
